Anyone who is in your private group(s).
If you chose to go live to multiple groups, then everyone who is a member of those multiple groups can see your live status.
For example, you could be in a cancer survivor group, and a highschool friends group. Any time you go live, you can decide which groups get to see your status.
Yes! You keep your hypes. All of your hypes are stored in your profile section of the app, organized by live session and date.
Re-visiting hypes is a great way to recall memories and important connections.
No! You cannot.
This app is all about living in the moment. Restricting hype recording to the open window of time makes connection through this app feel as authentic as possible.

If you are an organization, we expand group size and enable several other special features at a cost.
hollarhype is not a platform for monologues.
The purpose is to send power-ups between one another that add up for a real-deal boosted experience.
If you have more to say, just send another short hype! It's fun for people to get a bunch of hypes over time.

There is no way to react to someone's live activity after it has ended.
The purpose of this app is to keep people engaged in the shared moment, and not create more inbox noise to keep up with.
It means that anyone in your group can see the hype in the activity feed of the app.
Everytime you record a hype, you decide if it's private (only known to the person who is live) or public (available to be seen by other group members in the activity feed.)
Why would you send a public hype? They can be a fun way to drive camaraderie.
One of the most annoying answers there is... it depends!
You can upgrade your hollarhype services for as low as $1,000, and as high as $$$ depending on what you are trying to achieve.
We should be able to get an idea of your ballpark cost in twenty minutes or less over a call.
We have rolled out with orgs with a week's lead time!
However, we recommend that your team and our team align on a plan about one month in advance, and then rolling out to your community over the course of a week.
Our goal is to take on as much of the onboarding efforts off of your place.
- We lead a consulting planning call (our company has lots of experience in program activations!)
- We send you a clear project timeline
- We enable all of the special features that you are upgrading. (Sponsor spotlight, hero hypes, unlimited group size, campaigning)
- We create custom onboarding assets (email campaigns, social posts, promo videos, etc. Whatever we decide is specifically needed for your community during our first call.)
- We create any messaging that you need to share with other partners.
We will cover this in your onboarding call, but here is a preview:
- Think about the heroes that you want to blast messages to all of your group messages at once.
- Send them our blast message hype collection page.
- We do the rest, and send you a confirmation of when these messages will blast.
Your sponsors can appear in our app, visible to your group members, AND their individual supporters invited to the app.
Their logo and preferred link will appear in a hype recap screen, under hero hypes.
Any member of your upgraded group will be able to create a campaign.
Campaigns appear to supporters right after they send someone a hype.
When setting up a simple campaign, your group members can record a message that explains the campaign, give it a title, and add a link to their existing fundraising page.
hollarhype does NOT process donations. We just help make them possible!
